Boas, eu tenho um toshiba com uma ATI Mobility Radeon HD3450, ela tem driver para o windows 7 e windows 8, por isso instalei o windows 8 e agora recentemente atualizei para o windows 8.1 e não existe driver para a grafica, claro que consigo instalar os da microsoft só que não é a mesma coisa porque não a posso controlar com o CCC (Catalyst Control Center), já tentei com o driver do windows 8 e 7 e nada, mesmo em modo de compatibilidade e tambem não deu....
Encontrei um site que modifica os drivers de AMD e Nvidia mas a ultima versão que têm é a 12.11 e no windows 7 eu tinha a 13.9...
Haverá alguma possibilidade de instalar o driver oficial?

Have you tried just installing the driver and not the full Catalyst suite? If not, you manually select the driver from the AMD folder (see below).
Click on the “Start” button, type “device manager” in the search field and click “device manager” from the search results
Expand “Display Adapters”, right-click on the AMD Radeon™ entry and then select “Update Driver Software"
Select the “Browse my computer for driver software” option.
Click “Browse” and navigate to C:\AMD\Support\[Catalyst™ version]\ and click “OK”. Note: This folder is usually extracted by default to C:\AMD\Support in the initial running of the AMD Catalyst™ software suite
Click on “Next” to install the driver software and restart the computer after completing the driver software update

Sim, isso eu sei, mas eu queria mesmo era o catalyst control center....
Yes, i know that, but what i really want the CCC (catalyst control center)....
