Traduzindo para miúdos, o pc ao arrancar não encontrou o sistema operativo, no dispositivo: cd ou pen drive. Retire-os da drive e reinicie o pc.
nota: em linux o so pode arrancar a partir da pen drive, tal com o cd de instalação do ruim.
