Olá, estou preocupada com o meu disco externo .. quando o ligo aparece a seguinte mensagem "you need to format the disk before you can use it" .. tenho la muita informação importante ..
alguem me sabe ajudar ?

Provavelmente algum sector danificado.
Tenta o chkdsk e/ou Getdataback para recuperar a informação que lá tinhas.
