Boa tarde pessoal,
tenho aqui um problema que me anda a incomodar há algum tempo. no meu ubuntu 10.10 (actualizado) não consigo obter qualquer tipo de som. tenho o sistema actualizado, tento com o alsamixer no terminal, e mesmo assim nada ... já fiz alguma pesquisa, mas foi infrutífera, não tendo conseguido resolver o meu problema... se alguém tiver maneira de eu resolver isto, agradecia ajuda Wink

Verificaste que no alsamixer não estas nada em mute?
Tens aqui um exemplo:

Quanto o som esta unmuted aparece com 00(primeiro controlador da imagem), quando esta em mute aparece MM(segundo controlador da imagem). Verifica se não tens nenhum com MM e se o volume esta suficientemente alto.

No lspci que postaste aparece la a placa portanto não é por não estar a ser detectada

ja tinha tentado no alsamixer... ate vai aqui um print. parece-me tar tudo normal...

Ok, penso que ja vi qual o problema. A placa que tens seleccionada por default é a da saida HDMI que acredito que tenhas no pc/portátil.

Nas definições de som do ubuntu deves ter uma forma algures de escolher outra placa como default.

eu já andei por lá a mexer, mas nao consigo alterar isso ... mas de qq das maneiras vou tentar ver melhor isso!

Sound Playback, aparecem la as varias opções. Escolhe outra que não a que tens actualmente.
