Boa tarde, tenho um hp pavillion da série dv6, o 1260-ep e estou com alguma dificuldade no reconhecimento do wireless no ubuntu. Alguém que me possa ajudar? Obrigado.

A placa esta a ser detectada, basta instalares um pacote e fazer reboot:

olha eu não tenho acesso à internet no ubuntu, então apareceu isto. Existe algum link de onde possa descarregar os ficheiros?

Pensei que tivesses por cabo, falha minha. Podes efectuar o download através daqui:
32bits
64bits
Deves estar a utilizar 32bits, mas pelo sim pelo não tens ai as duas arquitecturas. Descarregas, e no ubuntu é só fazeres duplo click para ele instalar
Depois se resultar avisa, é sempre bom ficar aqui o registo para caso alguém tenha a mesma duvida.

Eu tentei instalar mas tenho que ter instalado dkms e tentei instalar esse mesmo, mas não aceitou. Se me podesses enviar um link do dkms. Desculpa o incómodo e obrigada
