Não vejo nada mal com a tabela de partições, deve ser um erro qualquer no sistema de ficheiros e o windows passa-se.

Quando montas o disco no linux dá algum erro? Tenta ligar o disco e depois vai a uma consola e escreve dmesg e vê se há algum erro ou warning que esteja relacionado com o disco (/dev/sdb ou /dev/sdb1) ou com o sistema de ficheiros (ntfs ou ntfs-3g).

Nop, quando o ligo em linux arranca logo e trabalha às mil maravilhas.
Houve alguns erros, penso eu, em

Também não vejo nenhum problema aí. Vejo que ligaste o disco depois ligaste uma pen bluetooth, desligaste a pen e depois o disco e voltaste a ligar o disco e não aparecem problemas aí.

A seguir a ligares o disco a primeira vez (ou a segunda vez) por acaso acedeste aos ficheiros que lá estão dentro, nem que seja só ver o conteúdo do disco? É que isso obriga a montar a partição e se o ntfs-3g encontrasse algum problema podia deixar algum aviso ou erro nessa lista e com isso dar alguma pista para o problema.

Também já viste nos logs do windows se lá está algum erro que possa indicar o porque de o windows detectar a partição como raw?

Já agora aquilo que te interessa é o que está a partir de [14148.996144]. Quando tiveres alguma coisa que ligues e não trabalha já sabes onde tens de ir primeiro à procura de erros ou avisos.

ROOKIE sim estava, salvo erro estava até a ouvir música.
Quanto aos logs do windows isso não fiz até porque não sei Sad mas depois de ler a tua resposta andei à procura na net e encontrei um software, event log explorer, e tentei fazê-lo. Ainda assim não entendi muito bem como funciona aquilo e não consegui aceder a nenhum log. Talvez se com a tua paciência me possas explicar forma de o fazer.
E obrigado pela explicação, agora já vou saber onde procurar da próxima vez.

Desculpa a demora mas tive de mudar a fralda ao meu sistema, deixou de trabalhar depois de um update >_<.

No windows para veres os logs do sistema fazes assim, assumindo que é o xp (se for mais recente deve ser semelhante) click com o botão direito do rato no meu computador
-> gerir deve aparecer qualquer coisa parecida com isto (eu tenho uma versão em inglês do windows portanto os nomes serão aproximados). Tens de ter privilégios de administrador para poderes ver os logs.

Depois escolhes a parte do registo de eventos ou visualizador de eventos (aqui é Event Viewer), lá dentro tens várias categorias, normalmente onde aparece tudo e o reste é na parte de sistema e dos programas, é aí que deves procurar. As entradas todas têm data e hora portanto quando ligares o disco verificas pela data e hora em que ligaste e vês se é registado algum erro ou aviso (para veres mais detalhes fazes duplo click na entrada do erro/registo), depois é procurar no google pelo código de erro ou aviso e pode ser que até dês com uma página da microsoft a explicar melhor qual o problema ou pode até ter uma solução.

Já vi os logs do windows e não me aparece nenhum a reportar que no dia x o disco se passou da marmita, no entanto todos os que com eles tão relacionados me diz qualquer coisa como A estrutura de sistema de ficheiros no disco está danificada e inutilizável. Execute o utilitário chkdsk no volume D: com o ID 55. Depois de utilizar a ajuda online fui dar a esta página e depois encontrei lá esta Na segunda parece estar uma possível resolução para o problema, ainda que fale somente do 2003 e XP, nem encontrei sequer um hotfix para o Vista que é o que uso. Mas pode ser que as soluções apresentadas resultem. Mais logo com tempo vou experimentar a ver se resolve. Depois Já coloco aqui novidades.

Bem, depois de horas a fazer chkdsk L: /r /f e do disco ser reconhecido como ntfs e sem problemas, continua tudo na mesma Sad o hotfix da página da microsoft não existe para o vista e por isso também não serviu de muito.
Enfim.. Não sei o que fazer. provavelmente vou "desistir" e formatar, para ver se assim ele volta ao normal.

Pois ... assim não há muito mais a fazer. Podes tentar em linux usar o ntfsfix mas o mais certo é o resultado ser o mesmo (no linux o disco trabalha bem) pois o ntfsfix só repara erros básicos e força um chkdsk da próxima vez que o windows vir o disco (normalmente no próximo arranque).

Parece-me que isso será um problema raro e achar a solução para isso é como procurar uma agulha num palheiro
