Dúvida - Wireshark

Bom Dia,

Quando estou ligado por Wireless, tento aceder a uma página XPTO.xpto.pt (só ocorre com esta) e acontece que se utilizar o IE 8.0 a página indica que não é encontrada e se utilizar o Firefox utilizando as configurações de Proxy do IE consigo aceder á Página.

Fiz uma captura com o Wireshark e o resultado é o seguinte:

IE: http [RST, ACK]
Firefox: http [FIN, ACK]
utilizam portos diferentes da máquina para realizar a comunicação, no entanto o porto de destino é o mesmo (porta 80).

Fazendo uma leitura da TCP Stream:
