Dear customer,

In order to solve the problem that you report us, we suggest the follow procedure:

enter into BIOS , then set as below:

BIOS> advanced > USB configuration > XHCI> auto

CSM Parameters => Launch CSM => Enable

If it doesn’t work ,

add one more step as the first step.

Set BIOS > Security > Secure Boot Control to “Disabled”
