Se for gmail é mais fácil, se for outro qualquer tens de saber o smtp, queé o protocolo de envio (assim como pop3 é o protocolo de recepção)
Exe.: Sapo => smtp.sapo.pt Se não souberes bem podes ir a Iniciar > Executar > cmd > ping smtp.xxx.xxx.xxx Se der certo é esse o smtp do email!
