Bloquear numero de telefone

boas pessoal, alguém me pode dar uma ajuda? tenho um xperia z2 com android 4.4, como faço para bloquear as chamadas e mensagens de um numero de telefone em especifico? da para fazer pelas definições do telefone ou tenho que instalar uma app?
