Tens o projecto Mac4Lin que basicamente muda o tema, algumas definições e instala uns programitas para ficares com o look e funcionamento semelhantes ao Mac OS.

O nome é Mac4Lin (Mac for Linux): http://sourceforge.net/projects/mac4lin/
