RE: Crash do Windows 7 Professional 32bits
Nao sei se posso postar isto aki mas axo que sim
"Hi, I had the same problem recently when I installed Vista Ultimate 64-Bit. Sometimes i heard that "whirring" noise, like a HD spinning, and sometimes appeared the blue screen and the PC restarted (Critical Error 41 Kernel-Power). I solved it upgrading the firmware of my HDD (750Gb Seagate SATA2 Model: ST3750330AS / Original Firmware: SD15). There are some Seagate drives with some kind of bug in their firmware that provokes that error using Vista (I think under Windows7 too). It's something about the the access to the HDD by the system after suspending it due to inactivity (I read it in the Seagate page but I can't find it now). Seagate recommends the firmware upgrade to these HDD: ST3500320AS, ST3500620AS, ST3500820AS, ST3640330AS, ST3640530AS, ST3750330AS, ST3750630AS, ST31000340AS (firmwares affected: AD14, SD15, SD16, SD17, SD18, SD19, SD81) Firmware Update for ST3500320AS, ST3500620AS, ST3500820AS, ST3640330AS, ST3640530AS, ST3750330AS, ST3750630AS, ST31000340AS [207951] You can see your Model / Firmware on the label of your HDD, or using the Seagate Drive Detect software (visit link above). Upgrading the fimware is a risky thing, if anything happens during the upgrading and it's not done properly the drive will result damaged and you will lost all the data stored in, so BACKUP YOUR DATA FIRST!!! I know this thread is old, but I hope someone will find this interesting. Regards. " eu tenho 1 seagate mas o modelo dele não está nessa lista portanto nao sei vou desactivar 1 das drivers de som e vamos la ver :/ |
