Programas lentos a arrancar

Boa noite...
o meu portatil começou a ficar um pouco mais lento mas nada de especial.
Hoje reparei que demora imenso tempo a abrir qualquer programa que eu mande arrancar e no gestor de tarefas vejo que ao mandar iniciar a utilização do CPU por parte do programa não passa os 50%!

Por isso cada programa demora bastante tempo a arrancar comparativamente com o que acontecia anteriormente...

Já fiz scan com antivirus (MSE), ccleaner, antimalware e COMBO FIX mas continua igual!

Olá, Tenta verificar se o portátil tem sectores danificado no disco. Podes usar o hdtune para essa verificação.
